Ordering Info

If you are interested in The Enchanting Cake Company designing your wedding cake, we ask that you book a consultation to start the design process. Before you make your appointment, we ask that you have a confirmed date and venue for your wedding.


To guarantee your booking, we ask for a non refundable deposit of 25% of the cost of your cake. If however you have not decided on a design yet but still wish to book your cake we ask for a deposit of £150. This is taken from the total cost of your cake. Final payment is due 4 weeks before delivery of your cake. For orders with less than 4 weeks' notice, we require full payment which is non refundable.

Lead times

We would recommend at least 3-6 months notice for wedding cakes, especially during the busier summer months, and 1 month for celebration cakes. However we do our best to accommodate last minute requests


Upon request we can deliver your cake to your required destination. Early booking is a must as we personally deliver our cakes and there are only a limited number of delivery slots available. Delivery costs depends on distance from our South London studio. Delivery into Central London is charged at a flat rate of £50, and may incur an additional cost of £10 for the congestion charge if needed. We can also install your cake at your venue for a set up cost of £30.


Alternatively you may wish to collect your cake from our South London studio. The cake will be carefully boxed ready for transport and you will be provided with full storage, assembly and transport instructions. Once your cake has been collected, you are responsible for its care, and The Enchanting Cake Company cannot be held liable for any damage that may occur after it has left our studio.
